Bermuda!  We are so excited to share the fusion of yoga + acrobatics with you!

Our acro yoga playshop experiences are open to all levels and will evolve as we move in harmony together.  We will explore acro yoga postures, movements, and calibrations to discover how we can access a practice that moves with ease.  Unlock new skills with heightened awareness in alignment, strength and connection.

Each workshop will be unique and in alignment with each participants level of practice.  We will always provide offerings to keep all participants growth stimulated.

No partner required, however we do recommend finding a friend or family member to join you in this journey!  The practice blossoms best with a consistent partner.

We have four dates for you to journey with us!
We recommend joining us for all four dates to build a strong foundation in the practice.

PLAYSHOP REQUIREMENTS:  An established yoga practice or fitness regime of at least three months on a regular basis.  Please wear athletic apparel you can move in.  No loose or baggy clothing.
