In celebration of self love, this experience is curated for you to connect with yourself & others that wish to explore acro yoga & inner work.

ACRO YOGA: Together we will explore partner yoga, acro yoga, & therapeutic flying.  You will be guided through a number of our most widely loved postures & variations, all while highlighting key elements to incorporate artistic expression within the practice.

PHOTOSHOOT: If you feel called, you are invited to have your favourite posture captured in a mini photoshoot - all images will be sent to you, edited & in high resolution.

CACAO CEREMONY + SOUND HEALING: To expand our journey of self love, you will be guided to soften into an intentional space as we welcome the heart opening properties of sacred cacao to work it’s magic. Through guided meditation & sound healing, energetic blockages will be acknowledged & self love intentions will be seeded.
